Can you imagine this gallery, if we did the session WITHOUT Mom and Dad?! This was almost the case. Photo session anxiety is REAL you guys, even I have it! I get so nervous before taking my own family photos, and usually cry and try to back out of it at the last minute. I get it!! It’s awkward, uncomfortable, feels narcissistic, etc. I understand! I hate being the center of attention, and I know a lot of you may feel this same way.

Try to remember that if these photos aren’t for you, they’re for your children. They will have these memories with you forever, at this age, how you looked, how in love you were with them, how you made them giggle, fed them cake on the dining room table, and let the dogs lick it off of their feet. These photos are for not only you, but for your family!

Also, downtown Wheaton is seriously GORGEOUS, and if anyone wants to hire me for a session down there, I won’t be mad. :)
